I’m so impressed with this machine! Unlike most machines that offer only magnetic resistance or electric automation, this one has both. My sister absolutely loves using it — she can get her steps in while watching TV and, thanks to the compact size, easily incorporate upper body movements. That being said, I’d recommend this to anyone wanting an effective and space-saving way to stay active!
I have a problem with circulation and strength in my legs. I took a chance and ordered this and I use it 1/2 hour twice a day. I could see almost immediate results and because I can read or watch tv while I use it I don’t mind doing it twice a day.
Slides around too much.
My husband and I both use it, and we are very pleased.
I have used it twice a day with no results. Not sure if I am using it right.
