Got the product recently. So far so good. The resistance feels challenging. The real question is will this product work long term?

I have a problem with circulation and strength in my legs. I took a chance and ordered this and I use it 1/2 hour twice a day. I could see almost immediate results and because I can read or watch tv while I use it I don’t mind doing it twice a day.
